Beat-Route Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of our business we send quotes every day and cannot therefore reserve a date until confirmation is received and a deposit of 50% ( or as otherwise negotiated ) has been paid. The deposit is non-refundable and should the booking be canceled less than a week in advance; the full amount is due. If a booking is confirmed less than a week before a gig; the full amount is due in advance. If you have specific repertoire requests please let us have copies of the music at least 2 weeks in advance, unless we have undertaken to arranged for such.
We charge an additional fee for on-site and venue meetings - this is not applicable to all meetings; please enquire.
In the unusual event that a member or members of Beat-Route are unavailable for whatever reason a suitable tried and tested stand-in will be arranged by us.
All written quotes are valid for 14 days, travel costs are subject to change as per fluctuations in the prices of petroleum.
If traveling more than 150km venue from Durban, if leaving the venue puts us on the road after 10pm we would require overnight accommadation and meals and a stay-over fee to be negotiated.
